Mrs. Ernestina Swatson Eshun has 30 years of experience since graduating with an honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana after which she proceeded to obtain a Masters in Transportation Engineering from the Imperial College.
Mrs. Eshun lectured transport engineering at the University if Science and Technology after which she took up various appointments in Algeria, Congo and Angola as is currently also the coordinator for training of engineering students of Service Technique Schlumberger (West and Southern Africa) in Ghana
Mrs Eshun has been involved in the European Union Cocoa Stabilization (STABEX) project, the Design of local roads for the Department of Urban Roads on the World Bank Road Sector Development Project and Various District Assemblies under the World Bank Community-Based Rural Development Project (CBRDP).
